Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Lead/ Manager Job Location: Overland Park, KS / Hybrid (2 days on-site per week between Tuesday and Thursday)- LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY Project Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension W2 Position Job Description A Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for handling the Product Analytics needs of a release train. This includes consulting with stakeholders, understanding their products and then leveraging analytics skills and tools to make product recommendations. They are skilled at designing an analysis in response to customer needs and then producing and delivering that analysis. This person must be able to work independently as the analytics resource for internal stakeholders. A strong candidate proactively identifies opportunities beyond what stakeholders have asked for, closing the product lifecycle loop by surfacing insights that drive new ideation and optimization strategies. Must-Haves: Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building Key Responsibilities: Partner with Product & cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions Develop dashboards, reports, analyses, and actionable insights Support product ideation, experimentation, and post-launch performance Build/maintain data pipelines and analytics assets Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders Identify opportunities for optimization and growth Preferred: Looking candidate with 6+ years experience Hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI , Data Storytelling, Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building and Web Analytics Tools.
