Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their unique care requirements and emotional challenges.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored toward addressing the specific concerns related to aging and life transitions, facilitating open discussions that promote healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate comprehensive care plans that address both the psychological and physical needs of our geriatric clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
