Join Our Hospitalist Team!

We are looking for dedicated full-time Hospitalists to become part of our Hospital Medicine team at a facility located in Troy, NY. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a well-established hospital medicine program.

As a nocturnist physician at our hospital, you will work a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM. Our model features a closed ICU with 24/7 in-house intensivist support, and our team includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Our hospitalist team prides itself on a collegial and collaborative environment, receiving exceptional support from nursing staff, the emergency department, and various specialties. You will thrive in a positive, team-focused atmosphere that prioritizes both patient care and the well-being of our providers.

We have a dedicated workspace for hospitalists conveniently located within the Emergency Department, facilitating effective communication and care coordination.

Our organization provides on-site administrative, IT, and case management support, along with a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Applicants should be eligible for New York State licensure and DEA registration.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

We offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Competitive base salary of $332,800.
• The stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and does not include potential productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift pay, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• A starting bonus of $40,000.
