We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established casual dining restaurant with strong Nashville roots, a loyal local following, and a culture built around hospitality, teamwork, and taking care of people.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop the Team

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team.
• Create a positive, energetic culture built on accountability, teamwork, and respect.
• Develop future leaders by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
• Lead from the floor and stay connected to both the team and the guest experience.

Deliver Genuine Nashville Hospitality

• Build meaningful relationships with guests and become an active presence in the local community.
• Set the standard for warm, attentive, and memorable service.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and thoughtfully.
• Create an atmosphere that keeps guests and team members coming back.

Drive Restaurant Performance

• Take ownership of sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue while maintaining quality and service.
• Manage scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Use restaurant performance data to make confident business decisions.

Maintain High Operational Standards

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and execution.
• Maintain compliance with food-safety regulations and company standards.
• Build systems that support consistency without losing the personality of a local brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in casual dining.
• A people-first leader who can motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, labor management, food costs, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
