We're looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Thompson's Station location and play a key role in the continued success of our growing brand. Position Overview The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and operational excellence. This individual will lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring consistent execution of company standards and delivering exceptional service to every guest. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and contributing to the growth of an established, locally owned restaurant group. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and execution Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training Drive accountability for food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvement strategies Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on engagement and retention Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies Partner with leadership on initiatives that support continued business growth Qualifications Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management Experience managing P&L performance, labor costs, and budgeting Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing successful teams Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Experience in fast casual, casual dining, or hospitality environments preferred Scratch kitchen experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Mojo's Tacos?
