You keep control of your clients, searches, and workflow while gaining access to shared systems, modern recruiting technology, and a trusted network of fellow producers.

The Role

As a Senior Recruiter in our network, you will operate your own full desk -business development, client management, and delivery-while having the option to collaborate with other experienced recruiters when it makes sense.

This model is designed for recruiters who are already successful but want to scale smarter , reduce overhead, and avoid working in isolation.
What You'll Do

• Run a full recruiting desk, including client acquisition, relationship management, and candidate delivery
• Own your client relationships and manage searches from intake through placement
• Collaborate with other senior recruiters on shared searches, role-splits, or candidate pipelines
• Exchange market insights, sourcing strategies, and best practices with peer recruiters
• Leverage shared recruiting technology, ATS, and AI-driven tools without building infrastructure alone
• Contribute strategically to a growing recruiter network built on trust and performance

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 role . Recruiters earn a competitive share of placement fees, paid once client invoices are collected. There are no caps-performance directly drives income.
