Job Details JOB DUTIES: Calendar management and tracking all time-sensitive legal deadlines accurately Preparing, filing, and e-filing documents in court Creating document templates, shells, and tables of authority for pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda Ensuring court-compliant formatting for captions, margins, fonts, spacing, page numbers, and standard section headers Supporting partners with emails, calls, scheduling, document organization, record keeping, note-taking, and meetings Assisting with bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and error review Organizing files, scanning, faxing, mailing, and running errands for court or delivery Preparing conference rooms, ordering meals, and supporting trial preparation as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within plaintiff labor and employment Native/professional proficiency in Spanish required, as majority of caseload will involve Spanish-speaking clients Interested in hearing more?
