Some attorneys earned $100k+ in bonuses last year Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits with multiple plan options, including medical plans that may offer 100% coverage 401(k) with 3% employer match after one year of employment Supportive culture with an emphasis on training, career development, and long-term growth Job Details Role Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant Hands-on experience with California state and federal court filings and procedures Background supporting personal injury and/or employment law matters Ability to manage cases from intake through resolution Experience drafting pleadings, correspondence, and routine litigation documents Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Spanish fluency preferred Paralegal certificate preferred but not required Interested in hearing more?
