Territory Manager - Home Infusion (IVIG Focus)

Territory Manager – Home Infusion (IVIG Focus)Location: Chicagoland Compensation: $110K-$150K + Uncapped Commission (OTE $200K+) Our client is the nation’s fastest-growing home infusion pharmacy. They are seeking a Territory Manager – Home Infusion (IVIG Focus) to support continued growth in a new Chicago market. This hire will focus heavily on generating new referrals for IVIG and specialty infusion therapies. Prior IVIG sales experience is a requirement. Job Duties
- Develop referral relationships with Immunology, Neurology, Rheumatology, GI, Pulmonology, and other IVIG-prescribing specialties
- Drive new patient referrals for IVIG and specialty infusion therapies
- Educate providers and office staff on services, reimbursement support, and patient onboarding
- Build and execute a territory growth plan across Chicagoland
- Maintain strong in-person visibility with referral sources and key accounts
- Partner internally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and leadership teams
- Enthusiasm about growing book of IVIG Infusion business. Direct IVIG infusion sales experience preferred, but not required
- Background in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, biologics, infusion center, or buy-and-bill sales highly valued
- Existing relationships with IVIG prescribers in the Chicago market preferred, but not required.
- Proven success growing referrals, territory revenue, or market share
