Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location: The Powell Apartments | 24 Mt. Eve Road, Eagle, CO 81631 | CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION Brief Description Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our apartment community running at its best. We're looking for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality work, provides exceptional customer service, and can effectively lead a maintenance team while ensuring our community remains safe, clean, and well‑maintained. What You'll Do Lead, train, schedule, and support the maintenance team to ensure efficient daily operations. Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely completion and excellent resident service. Perform and oversee apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, carpentry, lock changes, and general maintenance. Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program for buildings, amenities, HVAC systems, pools, irrigation, and common areas. Maintain maintenance inventory, shop organization, tools, and equipment while managing expenses within budget. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety procedures, and required maintenance logs. Inspect the community regularly and proactively address maintenance concerns. Participate in an on‑call rotation to respond to after‑hours maintenance emergencies. Partner with the Community Manager to maintain the overall appearance and performance of the property. What We're Looking For Previous apartment maintenance experience, including supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance. EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal maintenance tools required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, climb stairs, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
