RDE Capital Group LLC is a Texas-based commercial real estate brokerage and property management company providing brokerage, property management, leasing, and related real estate services to owners and investors. As RDE continues to expand across Texas, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial commercial real estate professional to help establish and grow our presence in the Houston market. This is not simply a traditional commercial sales position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a market.

The Opportunity

The Managing Director – Houston will serve as RDE Capital Group's initial commercial real estate representative in the Greater Houston market. The individual will focus initially on generating commercial brokerage business, developing relationships with property owners and investors, and identifying property management opportunities. RDE will provide the platform, technology, resources, training, marketing support, and leadership necessary to help the Managing Director establish a strong foothold in Houston. As the Houston operation grows, the Managing Director will have the opportunity to help recruit additional commercial real estate professionals, expand RDE's property management presence, and participate in building a larger Houston operation.

This opportunity is designed for someone who wants the entrepreneurial experience of building a commercial real estate business without having to build the entire infrastructure independently.

Primary Responsibilities

Commercial Brokerage
· Prospect commercial property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and buyers throughout Greater Houston
· Generate commercial listing opportunities
· Pursue investment sales, leasing, tenant representation, and buyer representation assignments
· Develop Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) and proposal opportunities
· Build long-term relationships with commercial property owners and investors
· Maintain an active prospecting pipeline through RDE's CRM
· Develop relationships with lenders, attorneys, CPAs, developers, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals

Property Management Business Development
· Identify commercial and multifamily property management opportunities
· Introduce RDE's property management platform to prospective owners
· Assist with management proposals and owner presentations
· Develop relationships that can produce recurring management revenue for RDE

Houston Market Development

· Serve as a key representative of RDE Capital Group in Greater Houston
· Help establish RDE's brand and commercial real estate presence in the market
· Develop a database of Houston-area commercial property owners and investors
· Attend appropriate industry and networking events
· Identify strategic opportunities for RDE's continued expansion

Long-Term Leadership Opportunity

As the Houston operation grows, responsibilities may expand to include:
· Recruiting additional commercial real estate agents
· Mentoring and developing new agents
· Helping manage the Houston brokerage operation
· Supporting the development of a local property management team
· Assisting RDE leadership with Houston market strategy
· Helping establish a future physical Houston office when production supports the investment
