BS/MS in Construction or similar experience plus:
- 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management
- Experience with Commercial Construction Required
- Extensive leadership experience leading a department strongly preferred
- Experience in the Philly/Wilmington market required
- Experience doing special projects - Ground and renovations up to $10M
