As an LPN on our Day Shift team, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, working closely with our physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Day Shift to join our team at Meadow Falls of Conneaut. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing routine nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signs. You will also be responsible for implementing care plans, communicating with residents and families, and maintaining accurate records.Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signsImplement care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to address residents' physical, emotional, and social needsCommunicate with residents and families, including providing updates on care and responding to concernsMaintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including administering medications, treatments, and proceduresParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residentsCurrent LPN license in the state of OhioHigh school diploma or equivalent required0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as well as stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to work effectively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional care and service to our residentsA dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of dedicated professionalsOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
