Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives Create detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams and leadership Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business performance Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders CBAP certification or equivalent is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Triunity Software, Inc.
