National Account Administrative Assistant The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the office and providing support to management as needed. This is an in-office role located in Canonsburg, PA that is paying $40k - $42k plus premier benefits. Job Summary Supporting Sales Representatives Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team throughout the organization Running monthly reports Compile correspondence and presentations of monthly analytics Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word Managing a multi-line telephone system Supporting Management with day-to-day business needs Tracking Sales Data entry into Salesforce for database growth Provide back-up to the Executive Assistant as required Manage confidential information Candidate Qualifications Must have 3-5 years administrative experience preferably with a sales and marketing team Advanced Excel experience is required Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus Excellent communication, follow-up, interpersonal skills Organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments Must have strong data entry skills Our Benefits Health Insurance (including medical, dental and vision) Life Insurance Holidays and Vacation401K savings plan Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) Who We Are CentiMark Corporation is North America's largest commercial roofing and flooring contractor, with over 100 locations from coast to coast.
