Infrastructure Project Manager

Role Purpose: R esponsible for the strategy, operation, support, and lifecycle management of core infrastructure platforms globally
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global infrastructure operations, engineering, and support teams.
- Own enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Exchange Online
- Oversee server, cloud, endpoint management, identity, messaging, and infrastructure services.
- Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology roadmaps.
- Coordinate infrastructure support provided by LTM and other service providers.
- Ensure operational stability, security, resilience, and compliance of infrastructure services.
- Provide technical leadership, escalation management, and vendor coordination for critical infrastructure issues
