About This Role

This is a B2B outside sales role focused on selling digital and print advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) throughout Colorado, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. This is a highly independent, territory-based position for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients face-to-face, and building relationships that drive long-term business growth.

You'll manage a high-volume outbound sales pipeline, develop new business opportunities, and grow an existing book of business while representing a mission-driven organization with more than 50 years of success.

What You'll Do

• Sell digital and print advertising to SMB consumer service businesses through high-volume outbound prospecting and calling
• Manage and grow an assigned book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, creating urgency to win new and renewal business
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to match client needs with LPi's digital and print solutions
• Travel extensively throughout your territory, including approximately 40% overnight travel , to meet with clients, strengthen relationships, and develop new business opportunities
• Work in a hybrid environment in the field with clients and from your home office

What You Bring

• B2B or SMB sales experience
• Outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Consultative or solution-based selling
• Pipeline management and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Digital advertising, media sales, or SaaS sales background is a strong plus
• Territory or account management experience
• Resilience in a high-volume, rejection-resistant sales environment

Compensation

• Base Salary: $42,250
• First Year OTE: $60,000 - $65,000
• Average OTE After Year One: $90,000+
• High-performing reps have the opportunity to earn six figures in established markets
• Commission: Uncapped
