Gap in coverage Both Hospital clinic privs needed Inpatient outpatient Demographics- 14 Avg. patients per day 16 Procedures- Routine GYN exams and procedures surgical assists in robotics and laparoscopy Case logs last 24 months- Applicant must provide documentation case list of provision of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Working solo?- No there will be OBGYN MDs to support WA license is required given our target start of Sept. ACLS Cert EMR EPIC Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
