• 24-Hour Call Shifts Available
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM: Restricted In-House Call
• Weekend and Holiday 12-Hour or 24-Hour Shifts: Unrestricted Call
• 10-Minute Phone Response Required During Unrestricted Call
• Must Remain Within 30 Minutes of the Hospital During Unrestricted Call

• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in General Surgery / Acute Care Surgery / Trauma Surgery - Required
• Active Washington Medical License - Required
• Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• ACLS - Required
• Epic Proficiency - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
• Recent General Surgery Clinical Activity - Required

• Must Provide Documentation of at Least 100 Surgery Cases From the Previous 24 Months
• Case Logs Must Be Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Privileges Requested
• Case Logs Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure
• Case Logs Must Include Date of Service
