Obstetrics: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services 100 patients to include at least 15 Cesarean sections and 30 vaginal deliveries representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Gynecology: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services 50 gynecology patients representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months Will provider work solo? If not other providers specialties working with them - No there are 5 other physician/clinicians in the practice Licensed Candidate: Yes/No - Yes Washington license is required. Required certifications Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable - BLS ACLS EMR - EPIC Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
