Requirements FIXED REQ #: 132662 Profession: MD/DO Specialty: Gastroenterology Start Date: 11/09/2026 Orientation needs to be completed prior FTE- .5 Contract Length: 13 weeks Current req approval through 12/31/26 Shift Details: 5 8-hour shifts plus 24-hour call Schedule: Monday through Friday plus 24-hour call - 24-hour call unrestricted for consults rounding add on ACU cases etc. - This will be scheduled as needed. We’ll only need a locum to take call if one of our internal physicians is unable to. We have a few weeks where we need PTO coverage etc. Work Details: Support staff: 3 GI providers hospitalists and 2 APPs. Amount of coverage needed per month: 5 shift per week plus 24-hour call as scheduled Patients per day: 12-14 Patient population/age: Adults # of Beds 129-136 EMR: EPIC Skills required: Rounding Admission Standard endoscopy procedures No ERCP Practice Setting: BOTH Inpatient and outpatient Both Hospital clinic privileges needed Requirements: Board Certification: Yes Gastroenterology License required: Washington license is preferred but we’d be open to IMLC with an LOQ if the license can be issued within a week or so of application. Candidate must be committed to applying as soon as an offer is extended. Certifications required: BLS ACLS Applicant must provide documentation case list of provision of clinical services 100 patients representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date and facility where performed. Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
