The Business Development Manager will focus on prospecting, cold calling, networking, and developing new business opportunities across the territory. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout Southern New Jersey Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits Build relationships with warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain leaders Generate and qualify opportunities for equipment, technology, and operational solutions Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistent prospecting activity Collaborate with internal sales and operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Develop territory growth strategies and execute against revenue targets What We’re Looking For 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or outside sales experience Demonstrated success generating new business opportunities Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and highly driven personality Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Experience selling products into warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments is preferred.
