BridgeTown Dental is looking for a motivated, accountable Assistant Office Manager to help lead daily operations and support our team in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands the dental front office, is comfortable with numbers and accountability, and wants to grow as a leader.

What You'll Lead ????

• Support daily front-office operations and ensure a strong patient experience
• Help train, coach, and develop team members while creating healthy accountability
• Oversee insurance, billing, collections, scheduling, and front-office workflows
• Monitor key practice metrics, including production, collections, case acceptance, and schedule efficiency
• Work with practice leadership to identify problems, improve systems, and turn performance data into action

Who We're Looking For ✅

• Dental office experience, with leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and practice metrics
• Takes ownership, follows through, and looks for solutions
• Able to communicate expectations clearly and hold people accountable respectfully
• Dependable, coachable, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
