Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a seasonal travel position in the operating room. The role involves supporting various surgical procedures while ensuring safety and efficiency within a busy surgical unit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments and equipment prior to procedures.
• Assist surgical teams by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field during surgeries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and equipment used.
• Adhere to all unit policies, safety protocols, and on-call requirements.
• Support post-operative cleanup and sterilization of surgical tools and workspace.
• Communicate effectively with staff and providers to ensure smooth surgical operations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a minimum of 6 months' current hospital experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience working with DaVinci Robotics preferred.
• Familiarity with orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedures highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes when on call.
