Registered Nurse – LTC Full‑time night shift 7:00 pm–7:30 am at Levindale Hospital, Hall 2, Baltimore, MD. Job Summary Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care, and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment and gathers data relevant to the patient’s/family’s individual needs. Develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients/families. Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care. Evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice. Requirements Formal working knowledge equivalent to an associate’s degree (2 years of college). Requires knowledge of a specialized field. Certified with American Heart Association CPR Card. Holds Maryland Registered Nurse License. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner, Synquest Standard, and general office equipment. Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act. Critical thinking skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
