Project Control Analyst

The Opportunity:

Assist with financial control activities for Department of Defense contracts. Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. Maintain and update financial trackers and project documentation. Prepare basic financial analysis and present findings to senior team members. Help monitor key performance indicators and identify variances. Participate in internal reviews and contribute inputs for client presentations. Support continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, program control, or federal government contracting

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reporting

• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, or lookups

• Ability to work in a collaborative, geographically dispersed team

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with FAR or federal financial processes

• Experience supporting cost control or project financial tracking

• Ability to adapt in fast‑paced environments

• Ability to develop advanced analytical and advisory skills

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and learn quickly

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
