The Opportunity

Lehigh Valley Hyundai is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

The Service Advisor is the key connection between our customers and our service department. You will help customers understand their vehicle's needs, recommend necessary services, communicate repair updates, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to delivery.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Every 3rd Saturday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 5 days per week — Saturday work includes a weekday off

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

• $65,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential
• Compensation based on experience, skills, and performance

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately write repair orders.
• Review vehicle history and identify recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Explain services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Obtain authorization for additional repairs when needed.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed.
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain the work performed.
• Close repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information.
• Build long-term customer relationships and customer retention.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Motivated to learn, perform, and grow.
