We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questions
- Provide quotes and support new and existing clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Maintain accurate records in our system
- Support the team with daily office tasks
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No insurance experience required – we provide training
We are a growing insurance agency in the Lehigh Valley Area with three locations in Allentown, Bethlehem and Northampton focused on providing excellent service to diverse communities and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are looking for a motivated and friendly team member to grow with us.
