Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the dietary department. Develop and implement dietary plans based on residents' individual needs and dietary restrictions. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Manage and supervise dietary staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' dietary concerns. Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively. Stay updated on nutritional trends and implement best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dietary Manager or in a similar role. Must have completed an approved sanitation and safety course. Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for different age groups. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations. Certification in Dietary Management is a plus.
