LPN Medication Nurse

Role Overview: As an LPN Medication Nurse, you will provide licensed nursing support by administering medications, monitoring resident health, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments following physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration to ensure safety Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and document changes Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred Impact: Your role is vital in preventing medication errors, early identification of health changes, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
