Highlights Pay: $85.9387/hour Location: New York, NY Facility: Mount Sinai Hospital Department/Unit: GP 10 Center - MSH Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver patient care using Relationship Centered Care principles and nursing processes. Assess and evaluate patient care needs, applying critical thinking skills. Integrate relevant assessment and intervention skills in nursing care delivery. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team on care plans. Prioritize patient care aspects including teaching and planning post-hospital care. Educate patients and caregivers about their care plans and health promotion. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team. Manage assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing.
