We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job DescriptionSubstantial experience with contract drafting and negotiation (e.g., agreements with mutual funds, subadvisors and model providers, private funds, and other vendors, as well as customer agreements)Extensive knowledge of investment management functions, trading, proxy voting, pricing and valuationExtensive knowledge of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, private funds, hedge funds, derivatives, common trust funds, etc.)Expertise in fiduciary duties, suitability, conflicts of interest, required disclosures Expertise in bank regulatory requirements applicable to investment managers, trustees, and custodiansUnderstanding of regulations applicable to registered investment advisers; SEC advertising ruleExperience responding to regulator inquiries and examinationsAbility to assist business with customer account administration issues, special projects, development of new products and servicesExperience with ERISA plans and/or IRAs a plusAbility and willingness to develop new skills, adapt to change, make connections across different products, services, and lines of businessExcellent judgment and ability to help business partners achieve their goals in a risk appropriate mannerPerforms significant and complex legal work while regularly interacting with management.
