Program/Location: Meadowbrook Tier 1 / Brockton Education/Licensure: Master's degree Pay Range: $33.75/hr - $38.50 (Experience and Education dependent) Status: Full, Part Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12pm-8:30pm

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to prevent and treat substance use and mental health disorders. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Masters Level Clinician Requirements

• Must present as courteous and professional at all times
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple
• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion:
• Must have the ability to work with others in cooperative and collaborative
• TB screening
• Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
• Strong and effective verbal, written and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPTC's electronic medical records
• Ability to provide leadership and program development within an outpatient site
• Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practice
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication

Masters Level Clinician Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains and submits any current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the position;
• Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy and HIPAA Regulations;
• Participate in Treatment Team Meetings;
• Crisis intervention and screening for patients at risk;
• Maintain assigned caseload;
• Providing direct care to patients - including assessments of the new patients, individual counseling, discharge planning, treatment plans, daily progress notes, daily groups, group note completion and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments;
• Responsible for each assigned patients medical All records are to be professional, complete and thorough with entries made in a timely manners;

• Responsible for linking patient's with aftercare services prior to discharge and aiding the
• patient and his/her family access outpatient services when appropriate;
• Attend all unit, facility meetings and case conferences as directed by the Clinical Director; Attend mandatory trainings;
• Responsible for contacting the insurance company for authorization, as needed;
• Utilize standards precautions at all times;
• Demonstrates behaviors that recognize the rights of patients as defined by the patient's
• rights;
• Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Program Director, Clinical Supervisor or Assistant Program

Masters Level Clinician Qualifications

• Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work required;
• Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, including: LICSW/ LMHC/ LMFT/ LADC1/LABA,
• Master Clinicians licensed eligible encouraged to
