Product Owner

Job Description The role involves acting as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, facilitating all Scrum events, supporting the Product Owner in backlog refinement, removing impediments, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies, fostering continuous improvement via retrospectives, working closely with stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog, tracking and communicating team performance metrics, promoting collaboration and self‑organization, and supporting the organization’s Agile transformation journey.
