Location: Jacksonville, Florida (Onsite/Hybrid as required) Total Experience Required: 8+ Years Industry Background: Manufacturing / Life Sciences / Medical Devices / Healthcare Job Summary We are seeking a strong and experienced Scrum Master with a background in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on Scrum Master experience and total 8+ years of professional experience. Experience working in regulated environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams. Remove team impediments and ensure sprint goals are met. Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, KPIs). Ensure compliance with industry standards in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, etc.). Support cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT. Coach teams on Agile maturity and transformation initiatives. Manage stakeholder communication and risk mitigation. Required Qualifications 8+ years of total IT/Professional experience. Minimum 5+ years strictly as a Scrum Master. Experience in Manufacturing / Life Sciences / Healthcare / Medical Devices. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum framework, SAFe (preferred). Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Experience working in regulated environments (FDA/GxP preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
