Product Owner

Job Title: Technical Product Owner
Location: 6 state but strong preference for candidates who could commute in occasionally.
IL,MI,WI,OH,IN,KY

Note: This is for a technical position, successful candidates will have a technical background (ServiceNow, SAP, or other similar systems) and will be comfortable talking about architectural requirements with our architects

The ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. As part of their role on a product team, a successful Product Owner should fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Working with the department leadership to define the vision for the teams product
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Owning quality and test quality for the teams work
