You will lead strategy and execution in new areas of the product involving expansion to new customers (including our API strategy), growth of the eligibility & benefits business, insurance discovery, and scaling payer-provider collaboration workflows. Success in this role means translating complex customer and market insights into clear product decisions, driving adoption and measurable outcomes, and continuously improving the platform foundations that enable long‐term growth.In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy, setting clear product goals and KPIs, and overseeing the execution of product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market demands, and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, ensuring a seamless delivery of innovative solutions that improve healthcare workflows and enhance the providers’ experience. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in product management, a proven track record of leading product teams, and a strong understanding of healthcare technologies.
