Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installation projects throughout Central Connecticut. You'll work alongside talented installers, mentor apprentices, and deliver installations that homeowners can count on for years to come.

What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, air handlers, and heat pumps
• Work alongside a team on full system replacements and new installs
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Represent Degree with professionalism in customers homes

What We're Looking For

• Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) - required
• Residential install experience
• Ability to work efficiently as part of an install crew
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work

Pay Range : Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up + SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
