SharePoint Lead Developer

We are seeking a SharePoint Lead Developer to lead the team for migrating from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition SE and SharePoint Online SPO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint development frameworks, migration tools, and modern Microsoft 365 technologies. This role involves leading the development team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful migration and modernization of workflows and custom components.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience of developing SharePoint solutions, applications, and landscape
• Lead the development and customization of SharePoint solutions during the migration from SharePoint 2019 to SE and SPO
• Migrate content and workflows using ShareGate and SPMT tools
• Rebuild legacy workflows using Power Automate
• Design and develop custom components using SPFx Web Parts and Extensions, Power Apps, Web Templates, CSOM, and Azure Web APIs
• Collaborate with the SharePoint Architect and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

Required Skills Qualifications

• Strong development experience in SharePoint 2019, SharePoint SE, and SharePoint Online
• Proficiency with ShareGate and SPMT for migration tasks
• Expertise in SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, CSOM, and Azure Web APIs
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs
• Experience with SharePoint customization, branding, and integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
