Highlights Compensation : MILIBANK BASE + MILIBANK BONUS Experience : 0–3 YOE ; strong litigation experience through clerkships, internships, law review, moot court, or prior practice preferred. Oil + Gas experience NOT required. Practice : Complex oil & gas litigation involving royalty disputes, lease obligations, mineral interests, property rights, contract disputes, and regulatory matters Billable Requirement : 1,800 Training : Meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client interaction, hands‑on mentorship, and substantive responsibility from day ONE!
