Position Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its Litigation team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of litigation experience and an active Texas Bar license. The ideal candidate will possess: Significant experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including case management, motion practice, depositions, and direct client responsibility Experience utilizing e-discovery platforms and litigation technology tools Exceptional advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills The ability to effectively manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent academic credentials This opportunity is ideal for an experienced litigator seeking a substantial role handling sophisticated and high-impact matters. The successful candidate will be trusted with meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and active involvement in litigation strategy from inception through resolution. Experience representing companies and individuals in complex business disputes—including matters involving contracts, trade secrets, collections, and business torts—is highly desirable but not required. The client is primarily seeking a strong litigation attorney with a proven track record in trial preparation, motion practice, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.
