Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Product Manager IV to support our team in implementing and managing CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring a seamless integration of the CIAM solution across all relevant channels. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for the CIAM platform.
• Analyze existing authentication and authorization workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using the CIAM solution.
• Assist in mapping user journeys and defining use cases for login, registration, password management, and multi-factor authentication across all channels.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and documentation to business users and support teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business or product analyst, preferably with identity management or digital authentication projects.
• Strong understanding of CIAM concepts, security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), and digital channel integration.
• Understanding of Identity Provider (IdP) platforms, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), policy design, and adaptive/risk-based authentication strategies.
• Foundational working knowledge of Splunk and SQL for querying, analyzing, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in agile project environments is a plus.

Pay Range: $55/hr - $65/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
