Realty Project Coach

Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach on the Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S., you will manage store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the country. You ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while supervising hourly team members and collaborating with store leadership. Responsibilities Influencing Others: Motivate the team to meet timelines and deliverables, encourage collaboration, and resolve concerns with store leadership, suppliers, and associates. Project Ownership: Own execution of projects, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations. Develop Associates: Supervise and develop team members, listen to ideas, mentor, recognize achievements, and identify career paths. Handle escalations, supervise hourly staff, and keep projects on track. Shift & Travel Requirements Primarily overnight shifts of 10–12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles; expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a stretch. Base location is a home store, but assignments may require travel to surrounding or distant states. Mileage reimbursed and overnight stays paid for RPC roles. Compensation The annual salary range is $60,000–$110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years of such experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
