Job Title: Consumer Loan Processor
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Duration: 18 Months Contract
Pay Scale: $20- $25.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Review consumer loan applications and make credit decisions based on company policies.
- Verify applicant and dealer information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assess credit risk, identify potential fraud, and follow underwriting procedures.
- Request additional information and process applications within required timelines.
- Respond to dealer and customer questions about loans, policies, and financing programs.
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance requirements, including BSA/AML policies.
- Build dealer relationships and support customer service and operational activities.
Required Skills :
- Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, decision-making, and flexibility with working hours.
- Customer service or retail finance experience is a plus.
