This is a full-time position with Monday–Thursday teaching hours (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and occasional Friday coverage.Competitive salary: $65K–$70K, plus exceptional benefits including fully paid medical, 20.4% employer retirement contributions, and generous paid time off.Core ResponsibilitiesInstruction & CurriculumDeliver daily lectures and hands-on lab-based instruction that connect students to real-world industry needsDevelop and maintain syllabi, curriculum, and lesson plans aligned with industry standards and latest healthcare practicesCreate diverse, active learning experiences with emphasis on hands-on, practical skillsStudent Success & AssessmentAssign grades and provide timely feedback that support student growth and confidenceTrack student performance and progress; refer students to support services proactively when neededHelp ensure students graduate, pass licensure exams, and secure employment in the fieldProgram ExcellenceMaintain classroom and lab readiness for daily activities and adhere to all safety standardsCollaborate with the program team to refine curriculum and build partnerships with industry professionalsStay current with industry advancements and adjust curriculum accordinglySupport accreditation compliance (COE standards) and maintain required documentationDepartment TeamworkPartner with the director, admissions, and recruiters to build strong student cohortsActively participate as a collaborative member of the program teamMentor adjunct instructors as neededCompensation & BenefitsMedical and dental coverage (College pays medical plan costs and most dental costs)Health Savings Account contributions ($1,950–$4,950/year depending on coverage level)403(b) retirement contributions at 20.4% of salary with no match requirementEmployer -provided life insurance, AD&D, and LTD at no costPaid holidays, breaks, and 15 days vacation per yearNo Social Security tax obligations for salaried employeesQualifications5+ years of industry experience in Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Nursing, or related patient careNHA CCMA certification (or ability to pass the CCMA exam within 6 months of hire)Hands-on clinical experience (patient care, vitals, procedures, point-of-care testing, etc.)High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency with Google SuiteInstructional experience preferred Physical DemandsOccasionally sit, stand, reach, lift, and bend; ability to handle items weighing 25 lbs or less; manual dexterity and ability to follow written/oral instructions
