Operations Manager

Job Description: OPERATIONS MANAGER All Pro Building Maintenance is seeking a Operations Manager in Kent DO YOU HAVE STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS? HAVE NO PROBLEM DELIGATING, SOLVING PROBLEMS OR PROVIDING SOLUTIONS FOR ISSUES BEFORE THEY ARISE? All Pro Building Maintenance provides cleaning and maintenance services throughout Washington. We are currently seeking an operations manager to take charge of our cleaning portfolio and employees. This position will report to the company owners and will serve on the company’s leadership team. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills in a janitorial and maintenance company. Must have remarkable pride in the details of the companies work. Responsibilities Make sure all work is held to the highest standards. Train, coach, develop, discipline, and motivate your supervisors and production team. Manage staffing levels and labor budgets. Execute the cleaning plan for each of our buildings, including how the team will handle absenteeism. Must have an eye for details. Must have a valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record. Inventory management. Qualifications 3 or more years’ experience. Must be reliable. Bilingual - Spanish Must have JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE!! Must have drivers license and pass a background check. Experience leading and managing full-time and part-time hourly work force employees. Willing to work overtime as needed and maintain flexible hours, including evening work, and occasional weekends as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others at all levels. Strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Regular inspection of buildings to ensure cleanliness, secure and safe operations. Take corrective action when appropriate. This position does require driving to our client facilities, may be several locations a day. A company vehicle may be issued for business use. Looking for someone who can go to these facilities to interact with our clients and understanding their concerns and request. Providing great customer service and appropriate solutions. Will require occasional visits to employees during their shifts. Shift times do vary, and some will be at night, must be open to fluctuant working hours.
