Registered Nurse Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Acute Care Registered Nurses to float across multiple inpatient units, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Candidates must be adaptable, clinically proficient, and able to work 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide direct patient care across various acute care units, including medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and neuro.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient interactions and clinical data accurately using Cerner EMR.
  
  
• 
  Respond to patient needs promptly, ensuring safety and comfort.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and unit-specific procedures.
  
  
• 
  Maintain flexibility to float to assigned units as staffing needs evolve.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a comparable acuity hospital setting.
  
  
• 
  Current, active TN (or multi-state) RN license.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required; Cerner EMR experience necessary.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotations every other week.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple acuity levels, including trauma, med-surg, and specialty units.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
