Job Overview:
Pay Range: $81.20hr - $86.20hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
- Experience navigating complex data infrastructure.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Superset.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, querying, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights in written format.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to distill complex analyses for non-technical, senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Analytics, Data, Economics, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking business performance.
- Develop and maintain KPIs that provide real-time visibility into business health and funnel performance.
- Analyze funnel conversion rates, drop-off points, and program effectiveness, making recommendations to improve impact and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify the right metrics and reporting for pilots and new initiatives.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Deliver concise, data-backed narratives that frame opportunities, challenges, and outcomes.
- Own SQL-based querying, data wrangling, and transformations for complex datasets.
- Streamline and automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams as needed to resolve data quality or access issues.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a high-growth environment, multi-sided marketplace, or platform business.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where speed and clarity matter.

Qualification And Education: 4+ years experience in business analytics, data, business operations, or a related field. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Analytics, Data, Economics, or a related field.
