The Carol Royse Team is looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent who loves being on camera to become the face of our brand on social media. This role pays a base salary plus commission, so you have a steady income while you build your audience and pipeline. You'll create short-form video, tour our listings on camera, share market updates, and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Then you'll turn that audience into clients. Our marketing team handles editing, scheduling, and posting, so you focus on showing up, creating, and closing. You'll also get our full support system: ISA appointment setting, transaction coordinators, an in-house lender, and proven buyer and seller systems. If you've been building a following and want a team that turns views into income, we want to meet you.

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Create 100 short-form videos per week: listing tours, market updates, neighborhood spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content

• Host live and on-camera content at our listings and open houses

• Engage with followers and respond to comments and DMs daily

• Convert social media leads into buyer and seller appointments

• Represent clients from first appointment through closing using our proven systems

• Collaborate with our marketing team on content plans and trends

• Attend weekly team training and role-play

• Active Arizona real estate license

• Comfortable and confident on camera

• Existing social media presence or proven ability to grow one

• Creative, with a feel for trends and short-form video

• Strong communicator who follows up the same day

• Self-motivated and coachable

• Available evenings and weekends as clients need
