Job Description As a Field Service Technician I you will represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first line of response on‑site at customers’ locations, perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on ATMs, and maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication. Responsibilities Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs. Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our training website. Diagnose problems based on error logs and information from the service app using a company‑provided Android cell phone. Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors. Report updates and details of work performed, including call closure details. Maintain parts inventory and related records. Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily. Basic Qualifications Must reside in the specified geographic area. High School Diploma or equivalent. Authorized to work in the US. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Access to reliable transportation. Familiarity and ability to use an Android cell phone (company provided). Ability to work prolonged hours, including inclement weather. Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks (bending, squatting, standing, etc.). Proof of minimum insurance coverage: Bodily Injury Liability $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident; Property Damage Liability $100,000 per accident. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree. Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment. Required Availability, Experience and Skillset Dispatchable on a daily call‑by‑call basis. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts. Ability to work outdoors in all seasons. High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $15.00 Additional compensation: $6.00 per activity completed.
